Our Mission Statement is to support and promote the interests of people who are blind, visually impaired or otherwise disabled, and to prevent blindness throughout

Southern Luzerne, Carbon, and Schuylkill Counties.

Our Vision Statement is to be recognized as the premier resource for services that prevent blindness, and maximize opportunities for individuals who are blind and

visually impaired to maintain dignity and independence.
